Longrow was first distilled in 1973, a brand of single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Springbank Distillery, located in the historic whisky region of Campbeltown. Named after the former distillery that once operated in Campbeltown, Longrow is known for its distinctive and peaty character. The production of Longrow whisky involves a double distillation process, similar to other Springbank whiskies, and the use of traditional methods that emphasise quality and craftsmanship.

Longrow is made at Springbank distillery using malted barley that has been peated to a higher PPM (peatiness) than regular Springbank – hence the different name.
