Located in the Speyside region of Scotland. Established in 1967, the distillery is relatively young compared to some of its neighbouring counterparts but has quickly gained recognition for its exceptional single malt Scotch whiskies. Glenallachie whiskies are crafted using traditional production methods and an emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. The distillery sources its barley from local farms and uses copper pot stills to distill the spirit, allowing for precise control over the distillation process and capturing the desired flavours and aromas.

Batch 2 of this 21 year old  used whisky matured in 5 different PX casks which were distilled in 1997, 1998 and 1999.
