CARDRONA 2016 Bourbon Finished on Oloroso Sherry / Just Hatched

Cardrona Distillery, located in the Cardrona Valley near Wanaka, New Zealand, is a boutique distillery known for producing premium spirits, including whisky, gin, and vodka. It was established in 2015 and has quickly gained a reputation for its dedication to craftsmanship and quality. Cardrona Distillery is nestled in the beautiful Southern Alps of New Zealand’s South Island, surrounded by stunning mountain vistas. The distillery takes inspiration from its picturesque surroundings, incorporating locally sourced ingredients and the pristine water from the Cardrona River into its spirit production.

This is distilled on 22nd April 2016, matured in Bourbon finished on Oloroso Sherry Cask No.735 and bottled on 15th January 2020. From the Just Hatched series with limited 1350 bottles.
